- Boil the rice noodles and let cool. Sauté the fava bean chunks and let cool.
- Prepare the sauce and pour half of it in the serving dish and half over the cooled fava bean chunks. Prepare the coleslaw in the serving dish, mix in the rice noodles and chunks.
- Garnish with crushed salted peanuts, spring onions, coriander and lime chunks.
